- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Develop knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, making charges, offers, and other details to customers.
- Support senior sales executives in handling customer enquiries and sales.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Assist in billing and other showroom activities as instructed.
- Build good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and showroom procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets after completion of training.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
