- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Qualify leads based on budget, buying intent, and purchase timeline.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, floor plans, and payment plans.
- Follow up with customers after site visits to drive sales conversions.
- Convert prospective customers into bookings and sales.
- Negotiate with customers within approved pricing and discount limits.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Maintain and update customer information, lead stages, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
