Domain: Payroll Labour Compliance HR Operations

Location: Mumbai | Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Identify and contact HR, Finance and business decision-makers.
- Understand client payroll & compliance requirements.
- Schedule meetings and generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead/CRM records.
- Support the sales team in proposals and client acquisition.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / pursuing BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA or equivalent.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive and target-oriented.
- Freshers with an interest in B2B sales are welcome.
