Senior Software Engineer – AI / Agent Engineering

- Strong Python Programming Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

- LLM Architecture & End-to-End Understanding

- Detailed understanding of LLM architecture, core components, and end-to-end LLM application workflows .

- Strong understanding of how LLMs integrate with applications, data, APIs, and AI services.

- End-to-End Agent Development

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Agents end-to-end , from architecture and development through deployment and monitoring.

- Advanced AI / Agent Engineering Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of areas such as:

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Agent Observability

- Memory Management

- Skill Management

- MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- Agent Gateway / Agent Orchestration

- Agent-to-tool and agent-to-agent interactions





- Cloud-Native Development & CI/CD

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployment.

- Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes .

- Ability to troubleshoot application, container, and deployment-related issues.

- AWS Expertise

- Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture .

- Ability to design and deploy scalable AI/agent-based solutions on AWS.

- Solution Architecture & Design

- Strong experience in designing scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions .

- Ability to create and communicate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) .
