Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, leads, and post-sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries, leads and follow-ups through CRM
- Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for customer requirements
- Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely closures
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and queries
- Maintain daily CRM reports and follow-up reports
- Monitor pending leads and ensure regular follow-up
- Coordinate customer appointments, deliveries and service-related communication
- Ensure proper updating of customer interaction history
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
- Customer-service oriented approach
- Positive data management and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups
- Good verbal and written communication

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in automobile CRM will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- 4–8 years of relevant CRM experience
- Automobile dealership experience preferred
- Good professional communication
- Strong ownership and follow-up ability
- Immediate joiners can be preferred/ with in 15 days

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
