Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in *Oracle Fusion Payroll, specifically UAE Payroll*, along with functional knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, HCM Data Migration, Security, and Integrations.

Required Skills:

* 8+ years of overall experience with robust hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll expertise.

* Strong experience in *UAE Payroll and its statutory/regulatory requirements*.

* Expertise in Payroll Fast Formulas, Payroll Elements, Balances, and end-to-end payroll processing.

* Functional knowledge of Core HR and Absence Management.

* Experience with HDL, HSDL, payroll reconciliation, testing, and production support.

* Knowledge of HCM security, workflows, and Finance integrations.

* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
