- Conduct site survey and technical feasibility study for solar rooftop projects
- Plan and execute installation & commissioning of solar PV systemsSupervise structure erection, module mounting, inverter installation, and electrical wiring works
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, electricians, and project teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely project completion with quality and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly project reports
- Handle project coordination, manpower planning, and material management
- Support net metering process and coordination with EB authorities if required
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system performance verification
- Carry out Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) activities for installed solar systems





Required Skills

- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and net metering
- Basic electrical and wiring knowledge
- Project handling and team coordination skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution
