Job Description

SLBS Marklance is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Explain courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures to prospective students.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide professional customer service and support throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Qualification: Plus Two or any degree.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales, telecalling, customer service, or admission counselling experience will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
