About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is obsessed with performance, leads a team well, and can think beyond dashboards. You’ll own our paid growth engine, shape the overall digital strategy, and push the team toward creative that actually converts.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Own the budget and drive efficiency on CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Set up and monitor tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, CRM integrations)

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, designers, content creators, and SEO/social executives
- Set clear goals and KPIs, run regular reviews, and give honest, useful feedback
- Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to keep campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage agencies and freelancers where needed

Strategy

- Build and execute the full-funnel digital marketing strategy, from awareness to conversion to retention
- Turn business goals into clear quarterly and annual marketing plans
- Track competitors and market trends,



and spot new channels and growth opportunities early
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership

Creative Thinking

- Work with the creative team to develop ad concepts, messaging, and hooks that stand out
- Use data to find what resonates, then build on it with fresh ideas
- Think of new campaign formats, funnels, and experiments instead of repeating what worked last quarter

Requirements

- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in hands-on performance marketing
- Proven record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- 1+ years of experience leading a team
- Solid command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and marketing automation/CRM tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-gen businesses
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRO
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
