Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and skilled candidate for our plywood manufacturing company to manage customer relationships and sales coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer and dealer inquiries over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain good relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports.
- Support the sales team in generating repeat orders.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
