Service Engineer – HVAC / AHU

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in Air Handling Units (AHUs). The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of HVAC equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of AHUs and other HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in HVAC systems.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, and associated equipment.
- Diagnose faults in motors, blowers, filters, dampers, actuators, control panels, and electrical components.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service complaints.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to customers.
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC equipment and compliance with quality and safety standards.




- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and commissioning documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly AHUs and FCUs.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, relays, transformers, and control systems.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant ITI qualifications and practical HVAC service experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
