We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to work closely with the Chairman and gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of our growing elevator business.

Role Overview

This is a versatile role for a young engineer who is eager to learn, take responsibility and understand how a business operates from the top level.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with the Chairman on assigned tasks and projects

* Support project coordination and execution

* Assist with technical and commercial activities

* Prepare reports, trackers and presentations

* Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and project stakeholders

* Support business development and operational activities

* Conduct site visits and collect project-related information when required

* Assist in improving systems, processes and documentation

* Handle other business and engineering assignments as directed

Requirements

* B.Tech / B.E. in Civil,



Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline

* Fresh graduates are welcome

* Valuable communication and analytical skills

* Strong MS Office / Excel skills

* Willingness to learn across technical, commercial and operational areas

* Ability to take ownership and work independently

* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
