Brief Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage, oversee, and optimize financial operations.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.

This position requires strong financial acumen,

the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.

- Budget Management:

Develop and monitor budgets.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

- Accounting:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- GST, Payroll, TDS, and ESA Enrollment:

Manage and ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance.

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations,



deductions, and filings.

Manage Employee State Insurance (ESA) enrollments and ensure compliance with related regulations.

- Audit and Compliance:

Coordinate and lead internal and external audits meanwhile, Implement and maintain internal control systems.

Requirements

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree or skilled certification.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance/accounting.

Expertise in GST, payroll processing, TDS, and ESA enrolments.

Job Type: Full time.

Pay: Based on the experience.

Schedule: Day shift.

Ability to commute / Relocate.

Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

Experience: 4+ Years
