In this role, you will work closely with our co-founders, receive weekly guidance from a technical advisor, and collaborate directly with inventory, warehouse, and service operations teams. You will map out how different departments operate, identify bottlenecks, and propose streamlined, scalable workflows to eliminate redundant manual work. Using tools like MS Excel, ERPNext, Microsoft 365, APIs, scripts, and AI tools, you will build custom automations and connect disconnected software applications to ensure data consistency. Additionally, you will build essential internal utilities and dashboards while documenting workflows to help standardize operational processes across all business teams.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
