Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive (Subject Matter Expert) to join our team. The candidate will guide prospective students, explain our training programs, manage leads, and support the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with potential students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective learners.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct tele-calling and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records using CRM tools.
- Track performance and contribute to enrollment targets.




- Participate in social media marketing activities, if interested.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.
- Passion for learning and helping students achieve their career goals.
