Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in handling customer enquiries, generating admissions, and managing sales follow-ups.

The role involves connecting with prospective students who enquire through our digital marketing campaigns, understanding their learning requirements, explaining our courses, scheduling mentor meetings, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective students generated through Meta Ads, website enquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements, learning goals, and interests through effective communication.
- Explain Stock Sprint's courses, training programs, fees, schedules,



and benefits professionally.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule one-to-one meetings with mentors.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally.
- Guide interested students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Work toward achieving monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up details, and sales activities in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with mentors and the internal team to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Track leads throughout the sales process and identify opportunities to improve conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech, Education Counselling, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are required.
- Strong English fluency with the ability to confidently communicate with prospective students.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Strong active listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, professional training programs, or education-related sales.
- Experience in converting inbound leads into paid enrollments.
- Strong telecalling, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work independently.
- Knowledge of the stock market or financial education industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
