Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits, understanding customer requirements, and implementing effective pricing strategies.

- Identify and develop business opportunities with EPC contractors, structural, civil and electrical consultants, project contractors, and end customers, ensuring the company’s registration on approved vendor lists.





- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

- Ensure that sales, marketing, and business development activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
