Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Exchange Executive to manage old-car exchange activities at an automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating used vehicles, coordinating with customers, negotiating exchange values, and supporting new-car sales through exchange offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries regarding old-car exchange offers.
- Inspect used vehicles and assess their condition, mileage, model, and market value.
- Coordinate with used-car evaluators to determine the appropriate vehicle valuation.
- Negotiate exchange prices with customers to achieve mutually beneficial deals.
- Support the new-car sales team in converting exchange enquiries into sales.
- Collect and verify vehicle documents, including RC, insurance, and service records.
- Coordinate ownership transfer and other required documentation with the concerned team.
- Maintain records of exchange enquiries, vehicle evaluations, and completed deals.




- Follow up with customers to close pending exchange cases.
- Coordinate with used-car buyers, vendors, and the dealership team.
- Achieve monthly exchange targets and improve exchange conversion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable vehicle-transfer procedures.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of used-car valuation and the automobile market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to identify vehicle condition and evaluate market prices.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and ownership transfer.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership CRM/DMS software.
- Target-oriented approach and teamwork.

Experience Preference

Experience in used-car exchange, vehicle evaluation, or exchange operations at an automobile dealership, preferably Tata Motors.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
