Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers through regular visits, understanding customer requirements, and implementing effective pricing strategies.

- Identify and develop business opportunities with EPC contractors, structural, civil and electrical consultants, project contractors, and end customers, ensuring vendor registration and inclusion in approved vendor lists.

- Analyze market trends, industry developments,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, expand market share, and strengthen the company’s market presence.

- Monitor sales performance and business development activities to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel fabrication, infrastructure, construction, or engineering industry.

- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
