Job Summary

Zari Silk India is a growing women’s ethnic wear brand with 7 stores and online sales. We are looking for a detail-oriented executive with good Excel skills to manage our inventory audits, stock reconciliation, reportings & first-level IT support for our retail stores and online sales.The role requires a multitasker who can coordinate smoothly with store and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic stock audits across departments and reconcile with ERP records
- Reconcile inventory transactions such as stock transfers, job work, pending approvals and other stock discrepancies.
- Reconcile online marketplace returns and dispatches, submit claims on time and update marketplace inventory.
- Coordinate with store and office teams to resolve discrepancies and keep records accurate.
- Maintain inventory records and handle routine operations in the ERP/inventory software.
- Provide first-level IT support for computers, printers, CCTV, Networking and other office systems, and coordinate with external IT vendors for issues beyond basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare,



update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA / BCA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience preferred; freshers with valuable practical Excel skills are welcome.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets: formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Basic computer, printer and IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
- Good multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
