Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, commissioning, testing and servicing of CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Press Brake Machines, CNC Panel Benders and CNC Busbar Processing Machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and CNC control system issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and machine repairs to ensure minimum downtime.
- Perform machine calibration, alignment, parameter settings and functional testing to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to customers for machine operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinate with overseas OEM manufacturers for technical assistance, spare parts, software updates and complex troubleshooting.
- Conduct machine demonstrations and provide operational and basic maintenance training to customer operators.




- Handle machine installation activities, including checking site readiness, electrical connections, utilities and safety requirements.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance schedules and customer service documentation.
- Travel to customer locations across India for machine installation, commissioning, servicing and technical support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service, effective problem resolution and professional communication.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during installation, maintenance and servicing activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
