Job Summary

JK Spices & Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate inward and outward material movements and verify stock against invoices, challans, and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and material handling practices.
- Supervise warehouse workers and allocate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain, Purchase, Sales,



and Accounts teams for timely dispatches and stock updates.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch reports, and other warehouse-related MIS.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities and minimize stock damage, shortages, and wastage.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods received, goods issued, returns, and damaged stock.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- ERP or inventory management software knowledge is preferred.
- Good team-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in FMCG, food products, or spices warehousing will be an advantage.
- Must be organized, disciplined, and capable of managing warehouse staff.
- Should have a positive understanding of stock reconciliation, documentation, and warehouse safety procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
