- Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely repair of equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, generators, and other utilities.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with the Biomedical Department for maintenance-related issues involving medical equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external service vendors.
- Ensure uninterrupted power, water supply, and other essential hospital services.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and hospital safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure the availability of essential spare parts.
- Conduct regular inspections of hospital premises and identify repair requirements.
- Coordinate with hospital administration for maintenance planning and improvement projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
