Job Summary

The Practice Lead will spearhead the BPR, Automation & Transformation practice, driving revenue growth, capability building, and thought leadership across BFSI and Healthcare verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage full-lifecycle BPR and Intelligent Automation engagements from discovery through hypercare.
- Own and grow the BPR & Automation practice P&L; develop and execute practice strategy aligned to organizational objectives.
- Build and scale a high-performing team of practitioners across BPR, RPA, AI/ML, and process mining disciplines.
- Drive pre-sales, solution solutioning, and client advisory for large-scale transformation mandates in DPO - BFSI and Healthcare verticals.
- Develop Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Lean Six Sigma, Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation.
- Develop methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and IP assets to differentiate the practice in the market.




- Oversee delivery governance for multi-year, multi-geography transformation programs.
- Develop strategic partnerships with technology partners like Celonis, ServiceNow, etc.
- Mentor and coach senior managers, managers, and practitioners across the BPR practice hierarchy.
- Publish white papers, POVs (Points of View), and thought leadership content in collaboration with marketing.
