Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager /Supervisor cum Manager to manage customer interactions, coordinate workshop operations, and drive service sales. The candidate should have good communication, customer-handling, and automobile service knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day workshop operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, vehicle delivery, and feedback.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for smooth and timely service delivery.
- Understand customer requirements services such as polishing, painting, wheel alignment, engine tuning, and other car care services.
- Generate service sales by identifying customer needs and converting enquiries into business.
- Handle basic accounts, billing, cash collection, and documentation.




- Ensure service quality standards and timely completion of work.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of billing and accounts.

Experience & Qualification

- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service, customer relationship management, or workshop operations.
- Automobile industry experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
