Job Responsibilities:
- Operate surface grinding machines to achieve the required flatness and surface finish.
- Grind machine components, dies, tools, and precision parts as per drawings.
- Set up magnetic chucks, grinding wheels, and workpieces.
- Perform wheel dressing and truing as required.
- Measure component dimensions using micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy, parallelism, and flatness.
- Follow machine safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience in surface grinding operations.
- Knowledge of grinding wheel selection and dressing.
- Understanding of tolerances, flatness, and surface finish.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
