Job Description – CNC Operator

Department: Machine Shop
Experience: 1+ Year preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Process: CNC Turning and Milling
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform component loading, unloading, and in-process inspection.
- Monitor machine operations to maintain quality and productivity.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Identify machining abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.





Eligibility

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or a related trade.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with CNC Turning or Milling experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation, engineering drawings, and measuring instruments is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
