About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented graduate to join our performance marketing agency as a Client Coordination & Customer Success Executive. The role involves client communication, onboarding, relationship management, customer success, and sales support.

Freshers are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided to help the selected candidate develop industry knowledge and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client communication and respond to queries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate new client onboarding, collect requirements, share setup details, and align next steps with internal teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships, track requests, follow up on pending tasks, and support issue resolution.
- Coordinate with campaign, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and delivery.
- Maintain organised client records, onboarding trackers, meeting notes, follow-ups, and action items.




- Assist in preparing client updates, basic campaign reports, presentations, proposals, and professional emails.
- Support sales activities, including prospect research, introductory outreach, and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Develop a basic understanding of digital marketing, sales, advertising, and performance marketing.
- Learn and use Intercom and other relevant client communication and management tools.

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication and professional written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Willingness to learn sales, digital marketing, and performance marketing concepts.
- Robust coordination, organisation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate confidently with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, MS Word, Excel, or Google Sheets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
