Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management integrated with SAP S/4HANA/ECC. The consultant will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, enhancement, and optimization of end-to-end invoice processing and Accounts Payable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support OpenText SAP VIM solutions for invoice processing.Work on end-to-end P2P/AP invoice processes, including PO and non-PO invoices.Configure VIM document types, process types, exception handling, approval workflows, and business rules.Support invoice capture, validation, routing, approval, posting, and exception resolution.Work with SAP FI/MM integration, including vendor master, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and accounting postings.Configure and troubleshoot VIM workflows and approval processes.Handle invoice scenarios such as:





- PO-based invoices
- Non-PO invoices
- Credit memos
- Blocked invoices
- Price and quantity variances
- Duplicate invoices

Support integration of VIM with OpenText Archive Server/Content Server and invoice capture solutions where applicable.Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes/enhancements.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.Provide user training and prepare functional/process documentation.
