Inside Sales Specialist (Freshers Most Welcome)

About the role
Tech Vedhu is hiring Inside Sales Specialists for our Bengaluru team. You will connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and help move them through the sales process. No prior experience is needed, as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Explain our products and services clearly to prospects
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

- 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
- Robust communication skills in English
- Fluency in at least one of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Hindi
- Confident,



target-driven and willing to learn
- Ability to join immediately is preferred

Compensation

- CTC: 3.5 to 5.5 LPA (performance based)
- Probation: 2 months
- Stipend during probation: ₹17,000 fixed + ₹13,000 variable
