Site Surveyor – Commercial Interiors

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Summary

Creatabar Design Studio Pvt. Ltd., a leading Commercial Interior Design & Fit-Out Company based in Kochi, Kerala, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to conduct accurate site measurements, prepare as-built drawings, and support the design and project execution teams in commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed site surveys and measurements for commercial interior design and fit-out projects.

- Measure and record site dimensions, floor levels, ceiling heights, structural elements, openings, and existing services.

- Prepare accurate as-built drawings and measured survey drawings using AutoCAD.

- Verify site conditions and compare actual measurements with existing architectural drawings.

- Identify and report discrepancies between actual site conditions and provided drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project engineers, and site supervisors to ensure accurate project planning.

- Prepare site measurement reports, sketches, and documentation for design and execution purposes.

- Conduct re-surveys whenever required due to design changes or site conditions.

- Ensure all measurements and drawings are accurate, complete,



and submitted within project deadlines.

- Maintain proper records of site measurements, drawings, and survey documentation.

- Follow site safety procedures while conducting surveys at project locations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for survey drawing preparation.

- Strong knowledge of site measurement techniques and as-built documentation.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

- Good understanding of dimensions, levels, and building layouts.

- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in site surveying, preferably in commercial interior design and fit-out projects.

- Experience in measured site surveys, as-built documentation, and survey drawing preparation is essential.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with laser distance meters, measuring tapes, and other surveying equipment.

- Ability to coordinate with design and execution teams and work independently at project sites.

- Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
