We are looking for a skilled and experienced Meta Ads Specialist / Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The candidate should have practical experience in running paid ad campaigns, generating quality leads, managing advertising budgets, and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through Meta Ads.
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
- Track CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- Set up Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

Required Skills:





- 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns.
- Good analytical and communication skills.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
