Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and healthcare facilities.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and online advertising.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and corporate organizations.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop referral networks to increase patient visits.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations team to improve the hospital's brand image and reputation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and organize health camps, medical awareness programs, promotional events, and community outreach activities.
- Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, insurance providers, TPAs, and other healthcare partners.
- Monitor marketing performance, patient acquisition, campaign effectiveness,



and business growth.
- Prepare marketing budgets, reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to promote OPD, IPD, diagnostic, surgical, and specialty services.
- Manage promotional materials, brochures, advertisements, and hospital branding activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.
- Report marketing progress, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to hospital management.
