Grey Ink Studio is an interior design and architecture firm known for thoughtful, well-detailed spaces. We are a close-knit team that values clean design, explicit communication and ownership of work. We are looking for an Architect who is ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept layouts, space plans and design ideas from the client brief, and revise them based on feedback.
- Prepare complete, accurate drawings (plans, elevations, sections, working and detail drawings) and Good for Construction (GFC) sets, updated with every revision.
- Prepare presentations for client discussions, and select materials and finishes within budget.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants, vendors and contractors on samples, quotations and approvals.
- Visit sites regularly to check work against drawings and quality standards, and resolve drawing queries on the spot.
- Report progress, delays and concerns to the reporting manager on time; support measurements,



billing checks and snag closure.
- Support the senior team in managing 2–3 projects at a time, tracking timelines and following studio processes.

Job Requirements

- B. Arch from a recognised institution.
- 3-4 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm.
- Strong AutoCAD skills; working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max, V-Ray or Enscape, Photoshop and MS Office.
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, joinery details and building codes.
- Good design eye and attention to detail.
- Clear communication with clients, vendors and site teams.
- Able to manage time and deliver on schedule; a team player who takes ownership.

NOTE: ONLY B. ARCH GRADUATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
