- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Analysing market trends and past sales data to forecast future sales, and developing budgets accordingly to allocate resources effectively.
- Product and Service Promotion: Developing and implementing strategies to promote products or services through various channels such as advertising, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales performance against targets,
