Job description

We are hiring experienced International Voice Process Executives for our US Legal Intake team in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Who can apply: Only candidates currently living in Hyderabad, with a minimum of 2 years of live international voice calling experience (US, UK, Australian, or Canadian campaigns), who can join immediately. This is an in office, US night shift role. It is not work from home, not a domestic voice process, and not entry-level.

What you will do
You will speak with US callers seeking help with personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice matters. You will collect case details, conduct structured intake interviews, and route potentially eligible cases to the legal team.

Key responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients in real time
- Conduct structured legal intake interviews and collect personal, incident, and case information
- Ask clear, relevant questions and document caller information accurately
- Record and update client details in the CRM or case management system
- Do preliminary case eligibility screening and route qualified cases to the legal team
- Handle sensitive and emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Follow approved call scripts, intake procedures, and compliance requirements
- Maintain call quality, documentation accuracy, productivity, and performance standards

Required qualifications

- Minimum 2 years in an international voice process (US, UK, Australian, or Canadian campaigns)




- Proven experience handling live inbound and/or outbound international calls
- Strong spoken English with a neutral to near-neutral accent and clear pronunciation
- Excellent listening, comprehension, vocabulary, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ask relevant follow-up questions and capture information accurately
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining call quality
- Currently residing in Hyderabad
- Immediate joiner (available to start right away)
- Willing to work US night shifts from our Banjara Hills office (on-site only)

Domestic voice, chat, email, back-office, or other non-voice experience alone does not meet the minimum requirement.

Preferred

- Legal intake, law firm, LPO, or US legal support experience
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
- Experience with sensitive customer interactions and structured scripts
