Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain real-estate projects, locations, prices, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to sales conversions.

Required Skills

- Positive Tamil communication skills and basic English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
