Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to conduct online and offline yoga sessions for our clients, with a primary focus on senior citizens. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading group sessions and delivering personalized, at-home yoga sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online and offline yoga sessions for individuals and groups.
- Deliver personalized, at-home yoga sessions based on client requirements.
- Adapt yoga practices to clients’ fitness levels, mobility, and physical limitations.
- Focus on flexibility, balance, mobility, breathing, relaxation, and overall well-being.
- Ensure safe practice, correct posture, and appropriate modifications, especially for seniors.
- Encourage participant engagement, consistency, and a positive community setting.
- Maintain session schedules and share relevant updates with the KineticAge team.

Requirements





- Relevant yoga instructor certification and practical teaching experience.
- Ability to conduct both online and offline sessions.
- Ability to work with senior citizens and adapt practices to individual needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
- Willingness to travel for at-home sessions within Bangalore.
- Professional, punctual, and passionate about health and wellness.

Preferred Candidate

- Based in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Experience in senior yoga, therapeutic yoga, or working with people with mobility limitations.
- Flexible to conduct sessions at clients’ homes, residential communities, and online.
- Available for both individual and group sessions.
