Job Role: Assembly Technician
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of EV battery packs, battery-swapping systems, and related components.
- Assemble mechanical and electrical parts according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow assembly process standards and work instructions.
- Handle hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical fitting operations.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks during assembly.
- Identify and report assembly defects, material issues, and process abnormalities.
- Maintain proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow 5S practices and workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
