We’re a growing brand looking for a hands-on Head of E-commerce to own and scale our online business. This role combines execution and leadership, with direct responsibility for revenue, conversion, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end e-commerce performance (revenue, CRO, AOV, retention)

· Manage and optimize the live e-commerce website (Shopify)

· Drive growth through SEO, CRO, performance marketing, and analytics

· Oversee product catalog, pricing, promotions, and launches

· Optimize website UX, speed, and funnel performance

· Work closely with marketing, tech, and operations teams

Must-Have Experience

· 5–8 years of hands-on e-commerce experience

· Proven experience managing and growing live e-commerce stores

· Strong working knowledge of Shopify, SEO, CRO, and analytics

· Direct ownership or accountability for revenue and growth KPIs
