Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Atharv

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team at Atharv. The CFO will be a key partner in driving the company's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and supporting overall business growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a robust background in financial planning, analysis, risk management, and capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;).
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure robust financial management and reporting.
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, and optimize cash flow management.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors,



contributing to long-term business planning and decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Evaluate and advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Drive initiatives for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the organization.
