Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations in Kanhangad, Kasaragod.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent sales management skills, and proven experience in driving revenue growth, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the Kanhangad branch.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Business Development Managers, Team Leaders, and BDA teams.
- Drive monthly admission targets and revenue growth.
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs.
- Develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Handle key prospects and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Ensure consistent achievement of branch-level sales targets.
- Build a high-performance sales culture across the team.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Prior experience in a leadership or sales management role.
- EdTech industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and drive business growth.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
