The Senior HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management for the assigned zone or business unit. This role focuses heavily on high-volume recruitment for field and corporate roles (such as Relationship Managers, Credit Underwriters, and Collection Officers), implementing performance management systems, and ensuring strict adherence to regional labor compliances specific to the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Headhunting

- Execute end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales, credit operations, risk, collections, and corporate support teams.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, employee referrals, local consultants, and headhunting in competitive NBFCs/banks.
- Manage high-volume field hiring to meet monthly manpower budgets and mitigate high attrition rates common in retail lending sectors.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the salary negotiation process in line with company grid structures.

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

- Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring documentation, background verification (BGV), and reference checks are completed on time.
- Oversee HRMS management, ensuring 100% data accuracy for employee profiles, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, analyzing attrition trends, and overseeing the full and final (F&F;) settlement coordination.

3. Performance & Incentive Management





- Drive the appraisal process for the region, guiding line managers on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate incentive tracking, validating performance data for variable pay and target-driven rewards for field sales teams.
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Conduct regular branch visits to connect with field staff, resolve grievances, and maintain high morale.
- Implement engagement initiatives to improve employee retention and foster a positive workplace culture.

5. Statutory Compliance & HR Operations

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, Shops and Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, and POSH regulations.
- Maintain HR registers and coordinate with compliance auditors during internal or external audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, attrition analytics, and recruitment dashboards for senior management.
- Education: UG/PG in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of core HR experience, NBFC, Microfinance (MFI), or Retail Banking environment.
- Not Mandatory for NBFC Environment.
