## Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries and provide support through *voice/calls*.

* Assist customers with banking-related queries and requests.

* Perform back-office activities such as *data entry, account updates, and KYC-related processing*.

* Verify and update customer information accurately.

* Follow standard operating procedures and banking guidelines.

##Shift Details

* *US time-zone-based operations*

* Rotational shifts

* *Night shifts may be applicable*





* Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
