Job Description – Fleet Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the company's entire vehicle fleet and daily operations.
- Plan and allocate vehicles according to shipment and transportation requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement, trip status and route performance through GPS tracking.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters and operations teams for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and vehicle operating expenses.
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair activities.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns, emergency situations and operational issues.
- Maintain records of vehicle documents, insurance, permits, fitness certificates and pollution certificates.
- Monitor driver attendance, performance and discipline.




- Control fleet operating costs and improve vehicle utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly fleet performance and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with transportation rules, safety standards and company policies.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in Fleet Management / Transport Operations.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle management and logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of GPS tracking and route planning.
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance, fuel management and fleet documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle drivers, vendors and multiple fleet operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
