Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Manage lead follow-ups and client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with consultants for solution demos and implementation handovers.
- Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts, meet sales targets, and guide the sales team.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Skills Requirement:

- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing ERP or software deals.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools is mandatory.
- Odoo ERP sales experience and knowledge of HubSpot are preferred.
- Flexibility to work across international time zones, a valid passport, and willingness to travel.

Qualification:

A master’s degree is preferred.
