Position: Purchase Analyst

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Overview

Purchase Analyst to manage procurement operations, supplier coordination, material planning, and cost optimization. Candidates with prior experience in the steel, construction, or infrastructure industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop purchasing strategies to ensure timely material availability.

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), BOQs, rate comparison charts, and stock reports.

Monitor inventory levels and follow up on pending purchase orders.

Coordinate with Design and Operations teams for material requirements.

Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve procurement issues.

Prepare debit notes, monthly stock statements, and management reports.





Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement policy compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.

3–5 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.

Experience in the steel, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office and procurement documentation.

Knowledge of market pricing, vendor management, and inventory control.

Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in material procurement, supplier negotiation, BOQ preparation, and stock management in the steel or construction industry are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
