Job Summary

VRS Energy Solutions is looking for energetic and motivated Field Operation Executives to support our solar project operations. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, customer coordination, project follow-up, documentation, and assisting the installation team in the successful execution of solar projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in project execution, installation scheduling, and field operations.
- Coordinate with installation teams, electricians, and supervisors at project sites.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for solar project approvals.
- Follow up on net-metering, utility approvals, and project-related documentation.
- Monitor installation progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.




- Handle customer queries and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of site visits, customer interactions, and project status.
- Support quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Travel to project locations as required.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
