The Product Owner will be responsible for maximising product value by understanding user needs, defining requirements, prioritising the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in product ideation and discovery to identify customer needs, business problems, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, OKRs, and the definition of measurable product outcomes.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and product goals.
- Gather and analyse requirements, define user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, and ensure development readiness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Research, UX/UI Design, Engineering, and QA teams to define and deliver effective product solutions.
- Support Agile development activities, clarify requirements, make product-related decisions, and validate delivered functionality through demonstrations and UAT.
- Monitor product performance, feature adoption, and user feedback to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

- Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis within a software product development environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to understand user needs, identify business problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
- Knowledge of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation techniques, and outcome-driven product development.
- Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and product backlog management.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyse product metrics, user feedback, and business data to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Jira,



Confluence, or similar product management and collaboration tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with mobile applications, consumer-facing digital products, or mobility platforms will be an added advantage.

3–6 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis, preferably in a software product development environment.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
