SMEC Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, promoting the company's training programs and services, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, customer interaction, and building qualified relationships. Candidates with experience in the IT training, education, or EdTech industry will have an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or a related field.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify potential customers and build professional relationships.
- Confidence in making calls, conducting follow-ups, and handling customer queries.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Good time management, organizational,



and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, Excel, or CRM tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the company's training programs and services.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in IT, EdTech, professional training, educational services, or technology-related sales will be preferred.
